Joel was quick to reach out after requesting a pre-approval online. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the mortgage lending process. I was a first time home buyer and Joel was great at communicating and following up throughout the process. 5/5 would recommend! It was also great experience working with Sarah and Danielle as the thungs were being finalized. The team is great, very professional and attentive to detail. They were always readily available to answer questions as they arise.
