Flowers and More

What I was supposed to get versus what I got was pathetic. $75 for some daisies, TON OF LEAVES, And some roses. Oh dont forget the random other pink flower. Supposed to deliver at noon and got them 4 hours late. Do not get flowers from here.

Placed an order for same day delivery; the driver had a difficult time finding location so she called the person I sent to. When my friend said she had already left work for the day, the delivery driver was kind enough to deliver to her home. Arrangement was beautiful and as expected based on pictures on website.

By far the worst experience! FLOWERS SNATCHED OUT OF MY HANDS BY DELIVERY DRIVER AT WORK! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! They take all day to deliver. They delivered the wrong flowers at 3 pm. The company offered to deliver the new flowers on the next business day. (which was fine.) We were told to take the flowers home; complimentary of the business. The correct flowers were delivered the next day at 3pm. I left the old flowers at work because they looked pretty sitting on my desk. I happen to be holding and admiring the flowers when the delivery man walked in. He processed to aggressively grab the old flowers out of my hands until I let go a few seconds later. I was shocked and embarrassed at work. He said the manager told him to take the old flowers back to the business. I questioned "what would have happened if I took the old flowers home which was suggested from the business manager?" The man states "he wasn't told that information." Taking the flowers is not my problem; it was the way it was handled. Literally. I've never experienced a flower company snatching flowers out of my hands. He should have simply asked for them instead of trying to remove them and assuming I wanted to start a conflict. I doubt if any person receiving flowers at their place of work is looking to start any type of friction.

Although the service was slow because he said 10 mins and we waited 30. I love this arrangement. We told him it was for someone Birthday and we were unsure about what we wanted. This arrangement is beautiful. The flowers are healthy and have a delightful aroma.

The order was discussed and pre-planned for a specific day and for a morning arrival. Flowers came end of day at closing hours and left until the next day without enough water. Mixed arrangement, close to $200. Roses almost completely opened with two reaching their life span. Three of the roses drooped over. The mum flowers were wilted with brown edges. Overall, the flowers appeared "stressed" as if left in a warm delivery van most of the day. I called to report my feedback to the florist and recommend a discount, new arrangement or some type of compensation for a suboptimal product. No response/call back received. Within 8 hours of receiving these flowers, random ones started drooping and dying. Unless you like to gamble, I would recommend avoiding this florist. As of now, it's about $200 down the drain. I might have had better luck with a slot machine.
