        Ordered a Valentines Day basket and they sent something totally different than what I requested. $177 total for a simple order that wasnt even completed correctly. Never again!

        Amazing arrangement that was put together. Tons of compliments from coworkers . Great value for the arrangement of flowers. I will be order flowers from Bices again!

        Very unprofessional, I ordered chocolate and fresh strawberries, they gave me a confetti basket.The strawberries were old and sour to the point they couldn't be picked up by the sticks. I called to get it fixed which i wasn't able too till the next day and they were closed. so i called the manager back and he laughed in my face after i asked to refund it instead. -/10 would never recommend
