    I've literally called the leasing office for a week and they will NOT answer the phone. And I'm a tenant. I'm convinced they answer other, non-tenant calls.

    The new management is not much better. Staff never answers office phone, gates still don't work, valet trash isn't picked up, mailboxes broken into and took forever to fix

    amazing amazing, I would say the staff is very charismatic from the workers fixing the apartment to the employees at front desk, the taller gentlemen in the front was of such great help, as well as the workers fixing the apartments their very diligent and very caring highly recommended!

    Please commend CRYSTAL (assisting from Milan) & BAILY for their kind & highly professional service!!! Everyone is in need of some appreciation and these 2 definitely earned it! Regardless of how disappointed I've been over the previous management, these 2 women remained "3rd party objectives" during my venting, while STILL also empathizing with me. This review is probably the longest one I've ever written...but it is all relevant, so please read it. I think new ownership/management is going to be great for this place! I signed a lease about 2 months early and I needed to have a detached garage in the vicinity. Unfortunately, I had nothing but issues regarding communication with the previous team ("team" IS the correct word, since I had negative experiences with 4 of them!). Before the change, I could not reach anyone by ANY technological method. (Working graveyard shifts & sleeping daytime hours makes it hard to take care of business during business hours....not to mention that I have weekends off.) This didn't help alleviate any of my stress that naturally comes with relocating. I was ready to inquire about being released from my rental obligations at this point. Things turned around fast though....I walked in today, to handle things in person and I immediately felt a "welcoming" atmosphere and was provided with an EXTREME amount of relief within only a few minutes of being there!! I feel very confident that this was a great move for this complex and I'm excited to move in now! I should mention that Crystal doesn't even work there...she was filling in from a "sister" complex., which makes her even more amazing for the effort she contributed. I truly hope that my comments remain valid and that appreciation is given where it should be, in order to retain valuable employees!!! Trust me...you want to retain your good employees!

    Do not move here. The staff at the front are fine, they do a great job of welcoming you. However, that isn't enough to suffice the happiness of residents. My time there was ok. When I moved in, there were a # of things that needed to be fixed and it took forever for maintenance to finally fix. I had to continuously call to remind them. The most important thing was a leaky faucet and it was NEVER fixed and that, obviously, affected my water bill. The building I stayed at had a resident that would never pick up her dog's feces. It was obvious maintenance wasn't going around to keep the place clean since I would see it every day. I wanted a gated community and had to pay for the key fob but one of the gates was ALWAYS open. It was always being fixed whenever I called to ask about it and honestly, I never once used that key fob. A waste of $ paying for that. Finally, I never got my initial deposit back, which they had promised, even though everything was okay after the final inspection. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and stress. Don't move here.
