Michelle and Victoria are absolutely amazing and have exceptional customer service! They work with you and make sure that your stay here is of fine quality. Everything about living here is phenomenal and theres never any issues. If theres ever any issues that maintenance can assist with theyre always on top of it ASAP, and are also happy to help! Everyones customer service here is amazing. Its truly such a great place to live! Id recommend it to anyone. I use to live in the worst apartment complex before moving here, and its such a fresh breath of air knowing that the staff here truly care about you. They even recognize who you are and activly learn each person that lives here. - Briana

I really enjoyed living at Creekside North Beach!! After two years of living here, I am really sad to go. The management team is excellent - responsive and caring. The community is quiet and well kept. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. I recommend Creekside to anyone looking for a beautiful community with professional customer service.

I had a lot of negative things to say previously and management reached out to address all of my concerns. The staff in the office, especially Michelle, are always very kind and helpful and give me all the information I need. The transition between companies has been an adjustment but this is a very nice facility and it has been a great first apartment for us. Its pretty quiet and have never been worried about safety or break ins. Ive had it packages sit on my door step all day and Ive never had an issue - I even had a package get delivered to the wrong apartment and Michelle helped me track it down. I love her! While we still have issues with the gate not working intermittently and the outrageous amount of dog poop, the issues have been addressed (gate repairs, newsletters reminding tenants to pick up after their pets etc). After all, you cant control the people causing the issues. I appreciate the attempts to find a solution. We are renewing our lease soon and are getting a great rate, even after a year of living here. I recommend Creekside!

Property manager was very helpful and understanding when it came to the moving out process. We enjoyed the apartment complex and did not have any complaints!
