Olympus Property

I usually dont write these however I am very disappointed about the deception of Avenue 25 apartments and its management at Olympus. Me and my girlfriend did a tour in January which showcased a 2bed 2bath. During this walkthrough the front desk person Adrian said what we were shown would be included in the apartment we were applying for. That included stainless steel refrigerator, white counter tops and modern sink. When we showed up in March for move in with cashiers check in hand we were shown something completely different. The refrigerator was not stainless steel, the counter top was wood and grey instead of white marble type counter, the flooring was old and brown not the grey flooring shown in the walkthrough and the sink was not updated and renovated just you old basic sink. After discussing this with Adrian he recalled that we were promised these amenities and it was his screw up. But the only resolving he came to was either we settle for the one we have at the upgraded price we were promised or we can just move into another unit for more $$ that was guaranteed to have those upgraded standards. This was very disappointing and not in our wrong doings. We reached out to Olympus propertys corporate Office and spoke to Ora the regional manager. I told her the urgency of the matter and needed to hear an update soon to figure out our options since our current lease is up in 2 days and we would have nowhere else to stay. She said she would review with Adrian and get back with me within an hour. 2 hours past and still no call I had to reach out to Adrian to find out what resolvement they came to becuase she never called me back within that timeframe. Adrian essentially tells me the same speech of how they couldnt offer me anything (no credit, no discounted stay, nothing) Ora finally called me back hours later to tell us that Adrian could now not recall the convo we had of promised upgrades as well as no recorded calls, emails stating that. Even after Adrian said to us that it was his screw up for saying this. One way or another the process is broken and corporate does not accommodate for that. After minutes of speaking to Ora she offered me a $50 Visa Gift card due to the mistake. Which if there was no mistake according to you in writing why are you offering me a gift card in the first place? We will have our voice heard and will reach out to the BBB regarding this since there was no resolution other than a $50 visa gift card that they can offer for these circumstances. Very disappointed.

One of the best decisions I have made was moving to Ocio Plaza Del Rio one of Olympus properties I love it here the office staff is amazing and so helpful maintenance is amazing comes in a timely manner I love that they keep the property so clean and put together this will be my second year here and I love it here Im so proud to call this place my home

We moved to Phoenix to be close to my wifes spinal rehabilitation. Sold home and moved.we were told that in order to have access to amenities provided for by our housing complex we had to pay for themlike a ramp so my paraplegic wife could access the the dog park. Seems like discrimination to me. All your residents get access to this space but those who are wheelchair bound! Better still we get access if we pay for the upgrade when all other abled bodies residents get this access for the cost of there rent. And to top it off it has taken over three weeks to get safety bars installed in our ADA unit which we were told before signing the lease would be a simple matter. So if your thinking of investing here decide if you want to back a company who discriminates and doesnt care for all of their residents.

We are all customer service representatives one way or another in our career. A job position title does not carry us through life in our career. Our work ethics as customer service representatives shows who we are. I'd like to highlight Jillian's amazing service who is also your regional representative for Wyoming. She is hard working, responsive, and upholds Olympus and residents standards. Truly a well-balanced personable professional building outstanding client connections which seems Olympus strives for in building it's communities. I'm sure she will continue to lead as I have seen as a resident and give great thanks to Jillians amazing customer service. This I'm sure is also a result of her having an amazing team where I currently rent as well.
