Nora and Kym are both so wonderful. The apartment complex itself is amazing. When it comes to their maintenance believe me when I tell you they are quick and efficient! My husband was just as shocked as how fast they came out to fix minor repairs. Overall the staff and community is amazing. Thank you Nora and Kym. We would highly recommend this place.

We went and had a tour today And all I can say is wow . The property is gorgeous. The amenities are top notch . And Breann was the best. She even sat with us and helped us apply after . My roommate and I were having by issue's on the internet and she stepped in and helped. As well as answered all of our question. One of the best priced and most beautiful properties in the area !! Cant wait to be a resident starting the end of February

Work orders are always fulfilled very fast and Kim is the absolute best! Amenities are well maintained and rent is worth it. If I could change anything, I would avoid a first floor unit right at the front of a complex without cameras or an operational gate. The choice to keep gates open during business hours allows anyone access to the complex. Outside business hours, the gate is either stuck open or stuck closed, and been an issue for months. I understand it's not the direct fault of anyone, but gated security was the only reason I chose to live in an exterior entry complex. I also had packages left outside package lockers (expensive tech equipment with pics of the contents on the box) and understand lockers get full, but theft potential/no entry security poses a concern. I would renew my lease if the gate was fixed and it felt a bit safer.
