        We've had more maintenance workers than I can keep up with. Infested with roaches. We pay extra every month to be sprayed but my apartment hasn't been spayed in weeks. Everytime I go to the office it's closed.

        Ever since MsDebbie left these apartments have gone to hell from losing rent checks to fixing nothing wrong when they are humongous problems to not even spraying for bugs which we pay for once a month! Trash so glad I’m leaving!

        Used to be a awesome place when mrs.debbie was managing the apartment complex but now its not. The new manager has a attitude and will not listen when you try to explain your point of view. Would give 0 stars if I could 🤷‍♀️ we need mrs.debbie back managing. Nothing but issues since new management.

        Just wanted to say since the new owner took over the complex things have been much much better. The office staff are very friendly and reasonable. Great job guys!

        Very polite management... They act fast on requests and they work with you... They personally feel like family here the managers so open and honest with everything
