The apartment is really old in terms of appliances in the past 7 months weve been here, there has been about 7 broken appliances in our apartment. When we first moved in, nothing was cleaned or fixed up. They practically swept the floor but left a lot of fur from the previous owners on the floor. The maintenance man is understanding for the most part so thats a plus Another thing: Why is the gym equipment so old (its basically equipment from the 90s)? Theres barely any customization on the equipment and the free weights are too light for stronger ppl such as myself; I hope that one day we could get better and more modern equipment maybe a smith machine with ACTUAL weights and not a couple 10s and 15s. I know that this was a lot but the apartment is not bad, its just everything is either broken or worn down. Thats for reading
