Coffee Creek Apartments

Not suitable living conditions for the price. Would not recommend. Ground work shouldve been done in the whole remodeling processUnable to get things repaired in a timely manner due to high turnover regarding staff. There seems to always be an issue with the front office phone (unable to reach anyone), front office staff seem to never be on the same page (once again probably due to high turnover). I hope this review is received in love and as I do understand everyone needs a place to livesome things just cannot be overlooked. Thank you.

Absolute 0 our heating went out I went to the office created work order 2 times nobody ever came or called and its freezing weather their main number is disconected I dont know what to do if anyone knows how we can get hold of somone like corporate office or somthing to help please let me know this is horrible I have to go to my car with kids and worm up every few hrs eventually I'll have to call tv station or police fire department red cross Idk anymore as soon as my lease is up we are out of here PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!!!

I'm sick of the maintenance issues here. I really liked these apartments when I moved in several years ago. The past year has been absolutely awful. I have about 7 maintenance requests dating back to as far as 1.5 years ago and the office just gives us the runaround. Now I'm sitting here paying 1.1k a month for a unit where only half the stuff even works.I am having to run extension cords because most of my outlets don't even work. My toilet constantly runs, I can't take a bath because the faucet is stuck. The list goes on...

Since I have moved into these apartments back in June things have gone from bad to worse.. Upon moving in my family and I had to scrub the apartment from top to bottom it was FILTHY like no one had came in and cleaned it prior to me moving in.. i had a couple maintenance concerns that i spoke with the front office about within the first week of me moving in 7 months ago and to this day they are still not completed. The office does not answer the phone nor responds to emails, there has been numerous amounts of times where Ive spent my entire break trying to get in contact with the front office as to no avail. Since day one Ive had issues with roaches & ants Ive expressed my concerns and frustrations with the office once again nothing has been done.. I recently had a break in attempt on my window and when I asked the front office for help there was really nothing they could do for me, They stated that theres no cameras anywhere on the property only the ones facing the front office. And when i asked if someone could come fix my window they were constantly blowing me off.. I had to have someone come fix my window on my own because they would not help me ..I highly do not recommend moving into these apartments!
