Gate to access the pool, gym, tennis courts, and sauna has been locked. Residents have not been able to access these amenities after 5:30pm or on the weekends. Management is being evasive and vague when it comes to sharing information and getting this issue fixed. If you choose this complex, dont expect to have the amenities you pay for consistently available to you.

I'm on my 3rd lease, and love these apts! Office staff is always nice and friendly. They're always there when needed, during their office hours. Also quickly resolves any issues I may have. The maintenance has always been quick to respond with no hassle. I've lived in apts to where the maintenance would never come and staff could careless. This is not them. They keep the property nice and clean. My unit is a good size and was pretty clean upon move in. Yes some fixtures and the cabinets are dated and could use a little modernization, but they are still very nice. Trash dumpsters rarely over flow, but they have it picked up pretty quickly. It's very quite here as well. I do recommend these apts to others.

Great place to get your first apartment. Little out dated but for the price considering other places I think this is a fair bet. My kids enjoy the front pool and maintenance team! Perla is fantastic! But beware of the an old lady named Laura as shes constantly drunk and thinks shes the queen of everything.

BEWARE !! Staff and maintenance are terrible with requests of any kind, prior to moving out I requested for the carpets on my steps to be cleaned numerous times, only to gain no response and be assessed a $150 carpet cleaning fee when I have all wood floors with exception of the steps. Asked for paint touch ups etc all to never have anyone respond and give long winded responses about how busy maintenance is, quite a slap in the face for someone who paid on time as a dedicated resident and was NEVER late. $ave you$elf the headache !!! Seriously and do not move to this outdated placepretty sad having to take showers like this and no help.

I was excited to tour this apt complex, so I made an appointment days in advance. When I arrived, I was told they could not give a tour because theres only one person in the office. I would have appreciated if they communicated that I would not be able to do a tour as scheduled. I found it quite odd that they would not let me have a copy of the map with apt numbers. Many other apartment complex provide that to future residents. Overall, very disappointing experience with Shandileigh the leasing consultant.
