Mag & May

Apartments are great and the location is awesome, unfortunately they have issues with theft in the garage. Several bikes have gone missing and I had my motorized scooter stolen. I filed a police report but seems it's gone, even with the cameras outside the garage.

Terrible internal construction quality. Can hear every footstep of the upstairs neighbors.

I moved into Mag and May in 2019. The manager KL was amazing. This manager took care of the residents and made sure it was an enjoyable place to live. The social events for residents were awesome. Then this manager was transferred to another property and everything went south. The new manager SM is the polar opisite! Unprofessional, talks at you, not to you and never returns calls or emails. To the point you have to go to the regional office for any resolutions. The crime on the property went up significantly and it was rather disturbing to walk out for an evening and find the building surrounded by the police. Never did the residents get any noticication of what occurred and if we should we be concerned of our personal safety. I do have to say one thing about this manager, it was well known that cars will be towed nightly. The lease agreement clearing states that Airbnb's are not allowed. Yet I had 3 immediately around my apartment and there were some very loud parties. This manager would never do anything about it. In closing, there are 2 positive things that has come out of my experience at Mag & May... 1. I met some awesome people, friends for life. 2. Made me realize it's time to give up apartment life and buy a home!

The staff is incredible at Mag and May and I have absolutely loved being apart of this community. The layout of my apartment is great and the sound proofing is the best I’ve ever experienced in any apartment! I never hear any of my neighbors

I have been waiting 5+ months to be paid my security deposit after moving out. Horrendous communication skills across the board. Update since posting this in May 2021. It’s newly July and I have still not had a single returned email or call.
