If i could put zero stars I would've. The management is EXTREMELY unhelpful. I've gone to the office multiple times with the same outcome and no help. These apartments are run down and over priced. Im counting the days until I can move and I would strongly urge you to not move here. Not to mention having to pay a $55 fee just to pay rent with my debit card

These apartments have noticeably gone downhill recently. Ive lived here almost three years with no problems or complaints, but over the past 6 months its completely changed. I dont know if they lowered the standards of who can live here but I hear people screaming and arguing outside multiple times a week now. Ive also noticed police showing up much more frequently at night, and sketchy people hanging all around the property and parking lot.
While the apartment seems to be on the decline the property managers only seem to care about people not parking in front of the office. Im starting to worry about mine and my daughters safety and we plan on moving out in a few months when our lease is up. Between the loud noises and the apartment community quickly becoming unsafe I would recommend avoiding the Westmount at River Park.

Worst apartment complex I have ever had to deal with. From the second we got our keys the place has been in shambles. They decided to hand us the keys to our apartment when it was CLEAR that it had not been cleaned, rather just painted over the dirt. They gave us the wrong mailbox key and didnt give us a working one until a month later. Our air conditioning unit has been unusable for a month and a half now.. which you could only imagine in Texas what thats like when OUR WINDOWS DONT OPEN EITHER. Every single source of water in the unit has leaked/caused flooding and one of the bedroom sinks had signs of mold. Every vent had mold in it upon move in. If youd like your water shut off practically every other day due to maintenance go ahead and move in! Also if youd like to deal with management who not only ignores these issues, but also ignores you when you are more than understanding and nice about bringing these issues to their attention then Im sure youll love it here at Westmount at Riverpark!

Ive been here about 9 months now and my experience was been great so far . There was a short period where the loud music was an issue but the front office quickly got that issue resolved . Safe , quiet neighborhood . Denise at the front office is amazing ! She has a great personality !!

Why is the new manager so RUDE??? We have only lived here a few months and are already planning to leave. We are good people and pay our rent on time. We do not often complain, but there has been a lot of crime and other problems here - parking, towing of resident cars, water off every week, the police are here every week because of stolen cars, domestic violence, etc. There are a lot of bad people with bad friends living here. Every time we try to talk to Sherri (manager) about our concerns, she is condescending and SNARKY. No wonder they cant keep good people working there (the one lady we who was nice and helpful is gone). We cant stand to go into the office anymore and are trying to figure out how to get a hold of the owners.
Trust us- look at the other reviews. Believe them Dont make the same mistake we did! There are much nicer apartment complexes around here that are safer, have better customer service, and owners who actually care about their renters. Absolutely do not recommend.
