I have had a good experience since new management! They have been really making up for what wasnt done with previous management. The ladies always answer the phone which makes it easy to communicate and not have to go in office. Im grateful ladies thank you!!!!!

CENTREPORT LAKE LUXURY APARTMENTS IS A SCAM! DO NOT LIVE HERE! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE. THEY THINK THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO KICK PEOPLE OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR MISTAKES THEY HAVE MADE. Do not sign a lease here. They have had several people in the office dealing with a mistake they made. They placed notices to vacate on everyones doors saying they did not pay rent when we all paid exactly what was expected of us to pay. I am not making this up. They looked us all straight in the face and told us that they DO NOT CARE and that we have to locate the money somehow. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Edit: Back againthe managers are incredibly inconsiderate and do not respect their tenants. I received a note in my door today saying someone would come and do a walkthrough tomorrow. Ive never had this happen before. First of all, my place is in shambles bc Ive been packing little by little. I called to request that they come by next week, bc thats what every other complex Ive ever lived at has done. I was told no; thats it. I cannot stress enough that you all need to not even book a tour with these folks. This has been a complete nightmare since the complex was purchased by someone else a few months ago. Im exhausted with these people and Im done trying to reason with them.

Please believe the reviews. Im a current resident whose lease is up in January and I will not be renewing my lease. We pay too much money in rent for broken appliances, trashed halls, and non responsive management. Ive had so many issues and submitted so many maintenance requests Im threw with this place. My AC went out and my thermostat currently reads 85 degrees. This is ridiculous!! This place has so much potential yet horribly managed and unkept. For the love of God, DO NOT MOVE HERE!
