The Bowery at Southside

Im a new resident at the Bowery. The staff have been so helpful, Katrina and Destiny are great! Found it site unseen and theyve made the whole experience a lot easier than I thought it would be. Great building, friendly people, amenities, cant really go wrong.

I have lived here now for 2 years! It's amazing. The team in the front has always been super helpful! Andrea, Katrina, Destiny and Molly are always there to help! Maintenance is in and out very fast, Daniel is the best. Im very happy at The Bowery and would highly recommend it to others!

Really great place to live!! Have been here getting to two years now. Management team is super responsive, put in a request for maintenance and you will see them at your door in no time!!. Great architecture , fantastic two room gym, club house is super great, pool area is the best all around , roof top area is classic with a great view of the city. BBQ lounge area is the best ever!! Restaurants all over!! , less than 5 mins to the heart of the city . My lease is coming to an end and I will be moving out of state for work I would have continued my stay. One of the best if not the best place to live in Fort Worth!!!

There is a reason that I have lived here for three years and am sad to be moving. With full transparency, The Bowery at Southside is unequivocally top-tier!! (Especially for someone in their 20s-30s, a student, or paraprofessional!) Although these apartments may be on the pricier side, it truly resonates with the expression, "You get what you pay for." The apartments are stunningly beautiful! The pool and entertainment area made for so many wonderful memories! (Especially during the summertime). Not to mention the fact that The Bowery at Southside will often have community functions or gatherings such as "Wine and cheese nights," "Yappy hour," "Boozy Hot Cocoa Bar" (during the holiday time) and brunch events (during the summer). I would like to thank the entire staff, from management to maintenance, to the staff that maintains cleanliness, as they have always treated me with the utmost respect and have genuinely made me feel right at home. I especially would like to give recognition to the management team and thank Andrea, Kristen, and Destiny for their unparalleled commitment to ensuring their residents receive nothing less than outstanding customer service. I would also like to thank the maintenance and cleanliness team for their stupendous efforts in ensuring their residents and the apartments they call home are always well taken care of and in tip-top shape! Great job, Mr. Daniel, and Senora Teresa! Your hard work and dedication to your profession have not gone unnoticed by your residents. Lastly, thank you to the entire staff for surpassing my expectation and setting the standard for what every complex and its team should strive for. You all have truly made these past three years feel like they just flew by! I will deeply miss each and every one of you, and shall you ever find yourself in Houston, don't be a stranger! Trash system is horrible. They wont pick up your trash even though you have ti lay for it every month. You have to walk across the pool, and parking lot to drop it off.
