Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham San Antonio NE

Spacious rooms, nice tiled living room and kitchen, heated pool, beautiful landscaping and the woman who serves the breakfast is one of the kindest people we met on our trip.

I will never stay here again. The first room they gave us had a couch that looked as if it was pulled from a dumpster (literally that dirty). We had to ask for another room. My husband forgot his power cord to his computer. We called and they said they found it and would mail it to us. It's been over a month, we have called 4 times but haven't received it yet. I sent an email to corporate but I guess they don't care either because no one has called us back. Extremely disappointed.

Very comfortable. A little fixing up could help a little bit in the looks department, but the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Nice rooms used to be old apartment complex extended stay type of lodging. Staff is solid a little slow to rectify issues but very nice over all. The extra 100 dollars they hold for incidentals is above the norm and is not told to you until check in which could cause a issue if you don't plan on it. Beds are nice and comfy. TV's in every room are a pluss
