Having conflict coaching with Walid (Aether Mediation) was an extremely productive and positive experience. He is a calm, perceptive, gentle, and fair mediator. Conflict coaching (as opposed to other modalities like family therapy) was useful for my problem and deeply improved my understanding of the other party. He gave us insightful, easy-to-implement, and effective ideas for how to reestablish contact. I highly recommend Walid for conflict coaching.
