These guys are real stand up honorable guys with knowledge, skills and a huge focus on customer satisfaction. I took my drone in , they were having issues with getting parts from DJI but kept me informed, talking with me at length about the issue. I am a commercial drone pilot and don't make money while my drone is offline. LeVar and crew worked hard to get me back asap. Thank you! Tommy Turner Williamsburg

Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I came here to get my drone repaired and was repeatedly lied to about the length of time on repair. It always an excuse like, "we are waiting on parts" or "we are overwhelmed with our drone repairs, but we are getting to yours", which was all well and good, until I stopped by their store only to find out they had gone out of business. I got no phone call or any warning they had up and left with my drone. Finally, after about a month or two of relentlessly calling their number I was able to get a hold of someone to get my drone back, which still had not been repaired. Stay away from this business.
