Crowne Plaza-Richmond West

Probably the worst service at Hotel I have experienced in a very long time. When arrived in room, it was 54 degrees and heat did not work; considering it was 25 degrees outside this wasn't a good thing. No towels at pool side and after asking front desk three times for towels and an hour later they finally brought some. The hot tub was cold! Their breakfast was not that great. When walking into dining area, all tables were a complete disaster with dirty plates, cups, etc on them. Staff was attempting to clean tables; but very disorganized all the way around. Seems new management needs help! The only positive thing is the bathroom was clean.

Rooms are worn but (for the most part) clean. It's certainly isn't a three star property. I wouldn't pay over $40 (via priceline). The Hyatt Place, Residence Inn and Marriott Courtyard are much nicer for the price.
