It is good choice for short term rental. The Morino provides all the furnitures and it has shared kitchen and laundry which is always available for use. This place is quiet and the managers are very helpful with routine maintenance. The biggest benefits of the the apartment is the cheap prices and flexible leases. It is definitely a good choice if you want to live alone.

This is a wonderful place! Clean, cozy mini-studios with excellent management that's easy to get a hold of for those minor inconveniences you can't handle on your own. Not to mention it's close to both a convenient bus stop and a UW clinic for my healthcare needs. I'm really glad I moved in here.

I like the management and the building is amazing. Rooms are super clean and everything is 5 stars. John and Jared made my stay exceptionally good and had an excellent experience. I totally recommend this place to everyone and I will continue renting there.

This was one of the best places I had the pleasure of living at. The buildings are well maintained and clean. The management actually cares about your safety and well-being. This was apparent when they built a gated fence around the property. Also, the management was super responsive when it comes to fixing minor issues in my pod during my stay here.
Being an introvert, I like having quite-time and Apodment facilitated that. All the tenants keep themselves to themselves which is a perfect scenario for an introverted person like me. They also have these neat park benches on the property that I absolutely loved hanging out at during the summers.
It was a pleasure staying here for two something years.
