Nice quiet private area safe. Love walking in to a clean room. Going above and beyond with the quality of toiletries truly taking time to thoroughly pick out the items. It was easy hassle free didnt have to deal with anyone. Very knowledgeable and attentive.

Convenient location. Walkable to Safeway for groceries. Easy to get to public transit. It was clean! Someone was always available to help.

Easy and detailed check-in, good location, washer/dryer included. No brush or broom and dustpan to clean during stay, especially since there are no barbers open during the covid-19 quarantine. Plus, what if I accidentally broke a glass or plate? Missing oven mitt, had to improvise on taking out pizza from the oven. Everything was clean, minus some of the silverware. Email contained everything necessary to check in, including info about the area and discounts. Point of contact was kind and helpful, allowing me to check in early because i had refrigerated items.
Will use Barsala again, and recommend this service.

Condo was beautiful and clean and just as described. The only reason I did not rate it 10 was due to the number of the homeless people in the neighborhood. Staff were available to assist me when I had questions. I would have preferred a little earlier check in. Place was clean and well kept, it was also very well put together. Apartment was well stocked.

The stay was one of the nicest experiences I've had in Seattle for the price points. Everything went smoothly! I wasn't actually the one that checked in, but I didn't hear anything wrong with it. Totally recommend compared to services like Airbnb and others. - Alistair
