Beacon Plumbing - Seattle

I had been in communication with Mark Jensen for seven months in attempt to arrange reimbursement for damages caused by one of their employees. He strung me along for months -- asking for additional documentation, promising he had a solution, telling me there was a delay until finally indicating that they would not be accountable for the damage. When I expressed concern he laughed and told me to try to sue them and that I would be unsuccessful. This company lacks integrity.

Ned did a FANTASTIC job with our water heater. He was early, and had everything he needed in his truck. He was gave us excellent advise on the best solution for our issues and he was right! Thank you Ned!

This company failed miserably in so many ways. Scheduled appointments on Jan 4, a no show, again on Jan 6th, a no show. The worst part is that they didnt even have the courtesy to call and cancel or provide an explanation. After speaking to Mgr Mark Jensen on Thurs evening, he promised that a Beacon Plumbing employee would be at the residence either Sat or Sun, Jan 8th & 9th. Again no show and no no courtesy call. I would never recommend this company.

You need to change the way your people answer the phones when customers call. Sometimes they may call with questions and not want to give out their personal information such as name phone number and address in the first 30 seconds. It feels rather invasive. I will never call pecan plumbing again

They charged $75 to come to our home, which was fine. But then wanted to charge $800 more just to open the wall and diagnose the leak. Completely misleading, and the servicemen were gruff and unengaged as well. They were hoping to go home the entire time, zero interest in even diagnosing the problem. To their credit, they are available more than any other plumber, but pricing and professionalism leave a ton to be desired.
