We reached out regarding some leaks/disconnected pipes in our crawlspace, and the plumber who came out (I don't recall his name) was over an hour late, did nothing but interrupt me while I was trying to explain what the issues were, then proceeded to just laugh when he looked in the crawlspace (our insulation was shredded at the time due to a rodent issue, and I made it clear to him from the moment he arrived that it was all being cleaned up and replaced within a few days), he said "I stopped working on plumbing out in these rural areas exactly because of crawlspaces like this" (he never entered the crawlspace), then proceeded to go on and say that we'd need to get a professional waste disposal company out to vacuum up all the water in the crawlspace, and then get the entire house lifted up on a crane and have our crawlspace renovated to be taller, and only then would they come in to fix these issues. He was thinking out loud to himself and said "50, 60 thousand?" and said he'd talk with his boss and get back to me with a quote within 2 days since its "such a big project". I never received a quote, and its been weeks since then. It's been weeks since this happened, and we just got a letter from them that only had a coupon and a magnet for their business, but no quote.
Our issue was resolved by another plumber (2 Sons Plumbing) within 2 days of this "estimate" visit, and all of 2 Sons' work was done well, and it was priced much more reasonably. I'd recommend going with 2 Sons and requesting Davie or Angelo instead of this company.

I had a very good experience with Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating. I had a leak coming out of our smaller side faucet and they came out the same day to inspect it. When they got here there was no leak that they could detect. Matt and his assistant were both very friendly and professional. I asked what I owed for their time and they said there would be no charge! Which to me was unheard of, so I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
