We had an emergency problem with an upstairs toilet leaking with water getting to the main floor and basement. Joes Plumbing & Heating was able to get to us that day and fixed the two problems which had caused the leak. Also, discussed an option for us to help to prevent water leaks in the future. Very friendly and professional, explaining what had happened patiently. Highly recommended.

We had a flood in our basement due to tree roots in front of the house. Another company "fixed" the problem and destroyed our front porch in the process. Immediately after the inspection, we were flooded again and a plumber who was a friend of a friend said, "Call Joes Plumbing & Heating!" It was a long weekend, he was out of town but still returned our call quickly a came to see the problem as soon as he could. He brought his crew. The work they did was meticulous, quick and really DID FIX the problem this time. You'd never know they drilled a hole thought our house - they completely sealed it up again and restored everything just the way they found it.
