Beth did a super job of selling my house and purchasing my perfect home in a tough market. She is very smart and thorough. I was very happy with selling my house for 85k over asking. And able to get 60 day free rent-back which allowed me to buy in this market. I was really appreciative that she was able to find the perfect house for only 10k over asking (again unheard of in this market). The new house had a nearly perfect inspection with no repairs needed. She located this house, took me to it and we made an offer on the spot that was accepted the next day. I have been in the house now for 1 month and I love it. I pinch myself daily for the entire process that Beth and her team helped me through. You cant find a better agent!

We could not have asked more from any real estate service. Beth G. Homes went above and beyond expectations in every aspect of the preparation and sale of our home. Beth took charge of a remodel in our absence and brought it to successful conclusion at a very reasonable cost. After staging the home sold within 3 days at $200K+ over our asking price. What more could one ask for!
