        My daughter needs some testing done for her heart by a pediatric cardiology department. The only one remotely close is in Spokane and Asuris denied our appeal to be seen by them. Will be dropping their incredibly expensive premiums as soon as possible as they will do anything and everything to not allow you to use the benefits you pay for. 10/10 would not recommend them.

        Although I received comfortable coverage I'm with this company continued to charge me after informing them of a change to different company. Now, after 19 days and several calls my money has yet to be refunded. Poor business relationship with a former customer, lots of time on the telephone and a careless attitude. Slow pay, fast receivables makes money in the short-term but doesn't do anything for future returns. Asking for a supervisor is truly difficult, and I'm sure the upper management is impossible. Good luck.

        Was on the phone to discuss a claim adjustment and they couldn't give me any information and kept putting me on hold... It took 45 minutes and I had NO ANSWERS!
