Jeff put us in a bind, we started the process with him in August. He's very slow to respond. He gave us a bid which took him a week, I contacted him the same day letting him know an item was missing from the bid, we were ignored. Finally, we came an agreement on price, gave him our financial info, he told us he would contact us the following week so we could go over a few details. He never got ahold of us until we sent him an email 2 weeks later. He finally got back with us stating he was unwilling to business with us. He knew we were under a tight deadline with the city, here we are in mid Oct. and now the snow is about to blow and sadly the project is untouched.
