Need to take care of snow removal, so folks don't have to put in 4 wheel drive to get in and out of place

Nice mobile homes there. Not sure if they are for rent or not but I would love to live in one.

I have a friend who I visit frequently and I have no complaints. Park is clean and residents seem decent!
