Easy to take to get to the place

Better BART and transit live signage on transit and at locations and stops.

Typical transit stop. It has a mini shelter for rain. It is close to a 7-11. It is close to various businesses along the Ocean Ave corridor like a dog grooming shop.

It is a good place to walk

It's beautiful and has a nice atmosphere. You can transfer between Caltrain and buses.
