I sent my change of address to Thomas Smith at Ditsky in September with the subject line "Change of Address for W2." I heard nothing back. I hadn't received my W2 as of Feb 7 so I called and emailed to inquire. After a back and forth with Tom, I finally discerned that he had sent my W2 to my previous address. He then tells me that I need to send him a letter with my SSN to change the address. Since it's now mid-Feb, it's a little late for him to tell me this. Finally I call him to figure this out and when I asked why he didn't tell me in September about the need for a letter, he says "This conversation is over." Not only was he incredibly rude on the phone, but not willing to admit this was his mistake in the first place. HIGHLY unprofessional.
