I recently had a new born and JCT insurance agency helped me got a great deal on life insurance. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and shopped around for me to get the best rate from a reputable carrier. Highly recommended!

I'm surprised at the negative review I see here! I am one of over 2,000 laid-off LAUSD teachers who found ourselves, in December of 2013, dumped into the world with no health benefits!!! We formed a google news group to help each other with EDD benefits, job information, etc. (the "RIF Raft"). When the opportunity to get insured through the new "California Covered" came along, we all jumped at the chance to have insurance, regardless of "prior conditions." Unfortunately, no one knew how to navigate the California Covered website thicket of options--and, if one recalls, the website was constantly crashing and impossible to access. I found Jimmy Ting through Facebook. I cannot emphasize enough how Jimmy saved me and at least 100 other laid-off teachers back in November and December of 2013. (We shared his name on our news group and many teachers contacted him). I went in person to his office. I was so impressed! He has his B.A. in Economics from UCLA. He is articulate and kind. If he didn't have an answer to a question, he said so and promised to get back to me (and he always did). I have been so HAPPY with the insurance that Jimmy guided me to select as the best option for my needs (Anthem-Blue Cross Silver). We laid-off teachers were the walking dead, and he just relieved us of so much agony. He is so personable, articulate, well-intentioned and smart, I am just aghast that anyone would not be happy with his service. I just changed my mechanic after 20 years--should have done it 10 years ago! I was referred to a WONDERFUL mechanic in my neighborhood. I looked that new mechanic up on Yelp prior to making an appointment with him. All 5 stars...except one irate lady who excoriated him. As you know with Yelp, you can look at the reviewer's other reviews, so I clicked on that hot link to see how she reviewed other businesses. Well, well! SHE DID THE SAME THING with everything from taco stands to nail parlors! People are often "suspicious" of good reviews (i.e., their friends and family members go online to "shill" for the business person). I'd be just as wary of the negative! Call Jimmy for your insurance. You will be very glad you did!
