They initially quoted a price for the service, only to later add on an unexpected fee in their proposal. When we raised this concern, they abruptly rescinded their proposal, accusing us of being overly focused on money and claiming we weren't their ideal client. If you're seeking an accounting firm that values humility and genuinely prioritizes their clients' best interests, this firm falls short. During our conversation, they boasted about terminating relationships with 80 long-standing clients, proudly emphasizing their preference for clients who pay substantial fees because they believe these clients bring more value. This experience has highlighted a lack of integrity on their part. I strongly advise steering clear of this firm. When the leadership displays rudeness, a money-driven attitude, and arrogance, it's likely these negative traits permeate the entire company culture.
