I loved my short stay here. The young lady that checked me in was amazing (wish I got her name), she made the process so easy and fast! The staff was very friendly whenever I had a question or needed some assistance with anything! Cant wait to book you guys for another work trip! Thanks again! Rooms: Very spacious I was pleased! Walkability: Their are restaurants within walking distance

Great customer services. Breakfast was served at the exact time as offered. Would recommend to anyone. Safety: Felt like I was safe.

Overall it was a decent stay until I needed something. Upon arrival my sheets and pillowcases were dirty, had blood. When I went to ask for more they didnt give me any or even change them. I was very displeased. I also went to ask for an extra towel and they told me to wait until the morning.

If I could give negative stars I would. While I was in the lobby trying to check in I heard one customer complain the carpet in their room had been wet for two days and the room had a bad smell. Another customer said their room reeked of marijuana and they killed a roach minutes after they checked in. I never saw a room because, even though I had made a reservation, they had no rooms available for me. So after 18 hours of travel, at 11:30pm, with no help or empathy from the front desk clerk, we found another place to stay. Do not consider staying here for a single moment.
