I wasn't sure they could repair and clean this carpet. The carpet looks great! ! They did an excellent job on repairing the carpet and getting all the stains out. They were very friendly and hard working. Job well done!

Very unprofessional. I never write reviews, but this one is necessary. Booked an appointment on 2/21 for 3/1 carpet cleaning with 10am-12pm time window. Called the office at 11.30am to ask if someone is still coming and the lady on the phone rudely told me I will be contacted and hung up on me. A few minutes afterwards the person that was supposed to come texted me stating he doesnt know when he can make it. I called the office again and the gentleman that picked up told me it could be between 1pm and 3pm or 2pm and 4pm or Saturday and that I just have to wait to hear from them. Don't waste your time with them.
