This was the worst urgent care experience Ive ever had. This is not my first time here though. Not sure if it was because of new staff but they need to be trained. My information was put into the wrong patients chart and I wouldnt have known if I didnt look at the computer in the room. I went Thursday and I have yet to get my test results back. Ive called numerous of times and they have nothing.

Absolutely Fantastic! During a personal emergency Dr Kattoo is THE Best! He cares and his care shows through at every visit. Staff and the environment is warm and inviting very helpful for urgent care visits.

So Im calling from Indiana and Im in need of a chest x-ray for Resident in Michigan And your name is Express med urgent care, but yet no one answers the phone and I get a voice recording that says my call will be returned in 24 hours?? Well, that really defeats the purpose of an urgent care! Actually, its somewhat useless. So the only thing I can review not your services, and they may be wonderful quality, but the only thing I can review is the phone call or lack there of since I got no response. Thank you, TC
