Seems nice ,I know people in there and you have to own your own trailer to live there .and be up to par

Seems like a very quite place and the manager is great!!! She is really nice and helpful. Park is clean. Library is right across the street and everything is close.

The workers are a little strange, but its a lovely community of people.

Nice place to live. I lived there for 24 years and I loved it there. Would move back tomorrow if I could. There's no place like home!

Expensive relative to other places. The marina is the big bonus here. Fishing is a huge draw here, yet they don't really cater to fisherman. Cool place though.

1100 High End mobile homes. All well maintained homes. Senior living at its best, with paved roads and a friendly community.

This place is a joke, if I knew what I know now I would have never moved into this place. I do not recommend anyone moving in here at all

Quiet area to live.

This park is Under New Management the new owners are very nice and eager to get good families and people in here

Since the new management took over the rent has been increased twice but no improvements at all to the infrastructure. Happy to make rules but no follow up.
