These guys used to be good but they are unresponsive. Ive tried for over a month to reach them so recommend using another Farmers representative office locally.

Office wasn't open.

Communication was perfect and business went well.

Doesnt answer phone calls or return voicemails. Apparently doesnt care about long term existing policy holders.

It's always nice when your agent shows care and concern for their clients. Much appreciated!

Horrible they will deny claims that are valid and make you fight them for payment. Dont use Avera health plans if you have a choice!!
