        Car was stolen from parking garage in direct view of security camera. Security office was extremely unprofessional and took no effort to review the footage. I gave them the exact minute my vehicle was taken thanks to a tracking device in the vehicle, and still received no answer from them. After several days of the security guard saying "I'm still reviewing the footage", I gave up on trying to get help from them. Never received any update or follow-up from them. Car was eventually found thanks to the efforts from Auburn PD. To the security office: Please consider hiring staff that actually have a desire to help.
