I did not originally rent from them Maintenance, they took over management for last 3 month of my 3 year stay at the property and I have never been more dissatisfied with a property management company more than magnolia. Maintenance request unanswered for almost a month, I can only manually turn the AC on and off with the breaker switch, they have yet to come out or respond. I'll let the pictures speak for them selves

During my time renting with Magnolia Realty, I have been nothing but disappointed. I moved into a house that was not clean AT ALL. After moving in a submitted numerous service request that were never acknowledged or even addressed. After submitting an emergency service request that my air conditioner went out, I waited two days and heard nothing. I ended up calling and the women who answered the phone said "All you can do is submit a request, we will talk to the owner when we get a chance" ..... two days later I still had not heard anything. The staff was never friendly, even though I was rarely able to speak with them because they rarely answer the phone or return calls. I will never be renting on purchasing from Magnolia Realty EVER again.
