Best Western Plus Birmingham Inn & Suites

I stayed here last night and my experience was phenomenal! Debra was at the front when I checked in, and Jazmyn was there when I checked out. They both gave exceptional service and were very helpful! I am staying in Birmingham while a family member is at UAB and it was nice to get a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. The room was clean, the location is great with a beautiful view and very quiet but close to stores, restaurants, etc. Another great thing is it is very affordable. I WILL be staying again when I need to rest and highly recommend this hotel. Rooms: The room was very clean, roomy, had a couch, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Safety: I felt very safe there which was a plus since I was traveling alone in an unfamiliar place.

The hotel is very convenient to everything. We stayed for two nights. The cleaning and kitchen staff are very friendly. Front desk personnel very competent. Couldnt ask for a better manager, Ashley is fabulous!

My mother and I stayed here because we thought it would put us closer to her doctors, this hotel seems way out of the way. The hotel was nice ,the hallway seems dark to me. I'm glad we only stayed one night,because we arrived there on the 17th of March her appointment was the next day. We didn't have hot water, I told the manager as we were checking out. We were assured by the desk clerk that someone would be in touch. I had to call the home office on the 21st of March 2024 and speak with the home office in order to get the matter resolved. Safety: We felt safe. Food & drinks: The snack availability was nice, and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Not sure why it only has 4.2 stars. It should have at 5/5 stars. Wonderful hotel. Its up on a hill and you have a good view of the mountains. It is nice and quiet in that area. I felt extremely safe staying here for multiple nights as a single, young female traveling by myself. The front desk staff and the breakfast and staff were amazing and so friendly. I felt right at home and have never felt like that before! Ive been to many hotels all around the country and this one puts every other hotel/airbnb to shame. Its also conveniently close to so many good restaurants, hiking, and shopping so you wont be bored. I will definitely be back!!

The manager was very helpful. They were full with college age students and she gave us a different room to avoid the noise. Rooms were very, very clean, and the breakfast was pretty good.
