Overall, the hotel was nice. However, my card was charged twice due to the 20$ insurance fee not being added the first time. A card should NOT be charged without authorization. The 20$ fee couldve been handled in cash or with my card and myself present. The first transaction was voided and we were told it would be refunded the following day, which was not the case. I spoke with a lady on the phone, who was more than professional, and was advised the unauthorized transaction as well as being told a refund would be returned the following day was completely against protocol. Will not stay here again nor do I recommend it unless you can afford to have money floating around but the lady I spoke with on the phone has my upmost respect for her professionalism.

If you want to be disrespected by staff upon your arrival go ahead and book here literally rudest person I have ever come across in customer service we did not stay here after that greeting

I was welcomed by a young lady named Faith. She had a smile on her face and was able to get my room ready very quickly (I arrived early) and she was very helpful. Nice hotel with nice, clean rooms.
