        By far, the WORST POSIBLE experience I've ever had at a Hapmton Inn EVER and KOURTNEY, front desk person, made sure of that! The most RUDE "Customer service" I've ever encountered in all my Hilton stays!!! Wow!! Lights out at 8:30 pm??? Yelling at children and parents at 8:30 that its bed time? At 8:30, when the website clearly states to 10pm???!!! When is that the new rule??? Not only did she decide NOT to adhere to COMPANY POLICY by allowing customers in the lobby before 10pm she decided to call the police to intervene just so she could flirt with her "boy friend" who is acting as security. When approached, she was very accusing and threatening about the entire situation, which screams guilt and fault, which says it ALL!!! All this aside- our room was DISGUSTING upon arrival!!!! UNCLEAN BEDS, DIRTY MICROWAVE, FILTHY FLOORS, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service with that as well !!!!!- CANNOT WAIT TO CHECK OUT AND NEVER COME BACK! I've never wished I could give 0 stars before in my life! Wish I was lying, please don't book your stay here!!
