This lender has a lot of problems and has questionable practices. Was told a certain amount needed at close and the he day of close that amount mysteriously increased unbeknownst to the buyer. Closing rest and then hours before , was told they are missing a letter of employment and now closed by has been delayed again. Better do your research before using these people. Im sure they will challenge these statements but proof is in the pudding.

BEWARE.....Please do not waste your time or money doing business with this company. They find ways to not make a loan. My business partner and I have done 100's of loans. We both had very bad experiences with this company. They wait until the end of loan to come up with stipulations that make absolutely no sense!
