        I purchased a vehicle on Friday. , Monday I added the vehicle to my policy, the dealer needed to see the Lein holder on the policy . After multiple calls to my agents office sans I assume being transferred to a call center and speaking to three different call takers I still dont have the documents I need, I used to be able to call my agent and speak directly with them to get the help I need , I am not even sure I have the right coverage on my vehicle, let alone a policy showing my bank as the lein holder , very disappointing, it wont take much for me to change my insurance company , Been with them for years
