    The property is so disgusting all the hallways are trash filled and so are the streets. I'm guessing maintenance is short staffed because almost all of the pet waste cans have been full for months and noone picks up the trash that roams the streets and sidewalks there is even trash in the grass in front of the dog park. For the price they want you to pay this place is so ghetto. Theres no mulch around the trees or in front of the buildings and it looks so ran down

    UPDATE: At this point nothing has been resolved although it has been going on since AUGUST! I have requested records of the complaints I have filed via the resident portal, after 2 emails I still have not gotten a response for that. Toris solution was well they will be moving in March . Lane did nothing before making her exit. Tori denied that her and Lane even spoke about the issue then when confronted about that she informed me that Your husband is a liar. So any accountability you hope to receive via the management here will not happen. Dont expect to use the business center because it closes when the office does. Dont expect to get the pest control you pay for, wont happen. The new manager reached out to me to schedule a meeting regarding the issues I have with the apt but she is just coming in on the back end so I dont expect a resolution there. If you think about moving here, just dont. You wont have any peace in your home between the noises from the breezeway, noisy neighbors, bugs, mold. It is all just way more of a headache. To top it off, since making these complaints the management chose to take the word of the corporate tenants and accuse me of blantant lies and racism . After speaking with Tori AGAIN the same day they sent a notice they would not renew my lease and a notice of quit (to not go ask the neighbors to be quiet) regarding the lies that were fed to them VIA THE PEOPLE I HAVE FILED NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT! Moral of the story, they will pick and choose who they reprimand and for what but no real action will be taken to help you resolve the issues. Definitely can not recommend this place. I moved into this location because I needed something on short notice. At first glance it seems well put together. I live under what they call a corporate apt that is said to be rented by Morgan Properties. Based on what I was told by property management previously they dont have access to those corporate apts and are essentially not responsible for the tenants, that falls on Morgan Properties. Although that has been back tracked now. There is at least 5 adult males living in the apt, they are constantly stomping starting at 5:15am then they come home around 6pm and start again until after 10pm. I have a toddler who will no longer sleep in her room because the loud noises scare her. I have made multiple complaints to no avail. It seems corporate sponsored apts are a free for all and more important than the individuals that pay rent. I was told its due to thin floors, poor padding and no carpet areas and insulation. We have had a constant mold problem that has been addressed multiple times with no resolution. Que the maintenance guy has been so great at trying to resolve, both the noise and maintenance issues, he can only do so much when hes the only one here on most days. There is still a hole in my bathroom ceiling where the previous temp maintenance checked for mold. AND THE BUGS!!! So many bugs, when I moved in I requested pest control due to nats, ants etc. They claimed to have sprayed but Im guessing that was only the outside because no one ever came to my apt to do the inside. Its really a circus being run by clowns in a cute little clown car. If people did reviews for the multiple complaints that are sent out regularly regarding various things via email then maybe the issues would cease. It doesnt seem like Morgan Properties cares very much about their Alabama location and thats a shame because its a great location. The amenities are not worth the price, especially when the pool changed hours because someone threw an authorized party at the pool house. Instead of ensuring the cameras at the pool worked and addressing those individuals directly the entire complex was penalized. And dont expect to get your call answered because it will always be sent to the main customer service number. I have lived in other apts but never one with such poor tenant support or lack of upkeep. I really feel for the maintenance ppl.

Definitely can not recommend this place. I moved into this location because I needed something on short notice. At first glance it seems well put together.
