The pest control is almost non existence. There is no communication when it comes to dealing with pest. They don't spray the grounds and they rarely have pest control on site. Let alone let us tenants know when and if they come.

The new staff has been amazing and they will work with you but I would like to talk about my experience the past few years I moved here in May 2022 and have experienced roaches to the point where I had to leave for a day because it got so bad , I had a rat in my apartment that kept coming back and leaving holes underneath my cabinets, bugs from other neighbors coming through due to their cleanliness, nosey neighbors, homeless people, and and overall not feeling safe . If you need somewhere to get on out feet I understand why you would consider moving here but dont , the renovations on the inside dont make up for the outside by far .
