I Just moved! The Collins has nice amenities and friendly community! The Collins has everything you would want in a community plus much more. I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for a new place to call home.

The staff is super friendly and attentive and the environment is inviting, very inclusive, and diverse. Bike storage, elevators, garages, activities that promote and encourage networking, gym, pool, work from home offices and areas, 2 dog parks, fire pits, a turf picnic area for those allergic to grass or have small children, regular picnic areas , the beer garden. I mean seriously the list is endless! While there are some issues with dog poop, the staff has been proactive in trying to limit it. They can't make every tenant be a responsible pet owner; dog poop is expected in shared living spaces. I've seen complexes swab the mouths of pets to keep it on file to test when people are irresponsible, so they could be way more invasive... The buildings are super sturdy, really close to sound proof. I never hear my neighbors and very seldom do I smell other apartments or food while cruising through the halls. The buildings are super well maintained by maintenance and cleaners. Grass is always very well maintained and the area is comfortable for frequent walks ANY time of day. Looking forward to summer days here!
