Waterford Square Apts is a pleasant, quiet, quaint community to reside in. The office staff are a wonderful, warm, caring group of women who are professional, yet personable and want to ensure residents are afforded a quality living experience here. The maintenance team is great and extremely responsive. I love living here and hope potential residents would consider making this your home, you won't regret it.

Ive lived here for three years and only moved out after buying a home. This apartment complex is fantastic for the price, and the apartments are well maintained. The ladies in the office are kind and helpful. Maintenance is fantastic, emergency maintenance had to replace our hot water heated and did it in less than 24 hours after the maintenance request. I strongly recommend these apartments for a budget-friendly rental.

Why One Star? I lived at Waterford Square for 2 years. My utility bill for a two bedroom apartment in the summer was over $300. My utility bill in a three bedroom house is only $180 at the same temperature. Old buildings, no one cares, you complain and they do ZERO to help. Paying that much for a utility bill in an apartment is INSANE. If you want to save your money, purchase or rent a home or PLEASE go to a different apartment complex. Everyone in Huntsville knows this company doesn't care about you.
