Gravity at 255 is one of the best places to call home! The community is tucked away as a treasure in the City of Huntsville. The staff and their customer service are superior, and maintenance responds promptly to service requests. I love it here and I highly recommend them!

Nice people and apartments

Lived here for a year and things with management and maintenance were always perfect. They were always kind and understanding of any questions we had. Inside the unit is a vinyl flooring that is new as of last year, but very cheap. Visualize wallpaper for flooring. Would have preferred to just have a concrete floor at that point. New counter tops were installed within the past year, but as they've settled you can already see cracks in the caulking. Installation was quick, but wish there was a little more care in the process.An odd quirk is having to bring your own washer/dryer. Unfortunately toward the end of our lease, we had very noisy upstairs neighbors move in who have children jumping off furniture till midnight some nights and a neighbor who chained their dog to their first floor patio. Around the property, there was a lot of unattended dog poop despite stations being very accessible and emptied promptly. I'd suggest DNA testing. Another resident stole some equipment from the fitness center. People speed through the community with vehicles and there are few sidewalks. Cars are sometimes left un-moved for months on end. Maintenance and management can only do so much, it's more so the community of residents or maybe even a select few that were discourteous.
