        I had a stopped up kitchen sink after hours. I called the 911 line, with in minutes we had a call back & maintenance at my apt. He did his best with no luck & reassured me it would be resolved ASAP. They are a great team of people here!

        The police are out here at the complex at least twice out of a week. About two weeks ago fifteen plus vehicles were broken into and we have no footage to see who or how. Its a gated community so why is this happening, absolutely unacceptable. Mold in bathrooms, stopped up drains. I dont recommend this complex to anyone.

        Got the apt for just under $500 and been happy for a cheap place with great management. But after this recent lease renewal wanting $900 (but lowering it due to being here a long time) the cons outweigh the rent asking price. I'm afraid if they raise rent anymore Ill be homeless because right now I live paycheck to paycheck and can't even save money for a security deposit for a different apartment.
